Based in London, she is the Co-Director, Deputy Editor and Creative Producer of AZEEMA. Sunayah oversees multiple aspects of the business, from commercial projects and partnerships to print + digital editorial, events and social media.
Her cross-platform multimedia work engages an audience across beauty, fashion, music, arts and culture. Interested in unique stories, cultural nuances, creative expression and heritage, her practice centres and celebrates her community on a global scale.
Sunayah’s production porfolio spans across a range of shoots, from editorial features to digital campaigns, music videos, short narrative films and documentaries.
Through AZEEMA she has also curated, hosted and programmed multiple events. Highlights include the Nike Victory Swim launch at NikeTown, a perfumery workshop with Bleu Nour, DJ workshops with Foundation FM, Tate Modern Late, Iftar at Root/25 and AZEEMA’s 4th issue launch.
